Talking and Big kids

Anthonys teacher claims that yesterday when she gave him his bottle he responded by saying "Thank You" to her. He also said "cat" all day. I asked her if she was sure and wasn't maybe just stretching the truth but she was adamant that he said those things. The toddler teacher said that he talks a lot better and more than the toddlers in her class do. I guess we just have a genius. Though he seems to only like to do his talking at daycare I guess, because I have yet to receive a thank you for any bottles I made him.
Also, yesterday by the time I got there to pick him up they had all the different age groups out in the sanctuary playing in their own little age groups. When I walked in his teacher told me to hurry so I could see what he was doing. I walked in and saw all the babies in their little group playing but Anthony wasn't with them. He was right smack in the middle of the toddlers and preschoolers fighting for a toy he wanted. When his teacher told me he made the older kids cry I thought she meant the younger toddlers like the 18 month old kids. But nope, these were 2,3 and 4 year olds kids. I saw him as he grabbed a toy one of the kids had. He pulled on it until he broke it free from him, when the other little boy tried to take it back Anthony smacked him. I wanted to scold him but I couldn't help laughing at the whole thing also. Luckily he didn't see me do that, otherwise he might start thinking it's ok to do. I sat and watched him for a little while longer, he ended up hanging out and playing with the older kids as if he was just as big as they were. The teacher said he just thinks he is a big kid also and doesn't want to hang out with the babies anymore.

I knew he was a genius from day 1.
I wish they had a camera at day care so I could see some of that. Of course, I wouldn't get anything done because I would be watching him all day. Can't wait for Boston. We are needing an Anthony fix.
